Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream.😋
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it caramelizes.Remove from heat, slowly add cream (be cautious of splattering).In another saucepan, heat milk until warm.In a bowl, whisk egg yolks. Gradually add warm milk.Combine with caramel mixture and cook until thickened.Stir in vanilla, cream cheese, and salt. Chill, then churn in an ice cream maker.
