Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream.😋



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it caramelizes.
Remove from heat, slowly add cream (be cautious of splattering).
In another saucepan, heat milk until warm.
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks. Gradually add warm milk.
Combine with caramel mixture and cook until thickened.
Stir in vanilla, cream cheese, and salt. Chill, then churn in an ice cream maker.
