These delicious bars combine a chocolate chip cookie crust with a creamy cheesecake center, finished off with a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough on top. Perfect for any sweet craving!

40 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 🍫
16 oz cream cheese, softened πŸ§€
1 large egg, room temperature πŸ₯š
1/4 cup granulated sugar 🍬
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌸
1 tsp lemon juice, optional πŸ‹

✅️ Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep and Preheat:
Place the cookie dough in the freezer for a few hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 13x9" pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil.

2️⃣ Cookie Dough Crust:

Slice half of the cookie dough into 1/4" slices and layer them on the bottom of the prepared pan.
